WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?
On your first session, I will run through any questions you may have, and ensure you are feeling comfortable and confident in the gym. You will leave feeling motivated, inspired, and in some pain! But remember, NO PAIN NO GAIN. Personal Training is about helping you achieve all you can achieve.
WHAT DAYS AND TIMES OF THE WEEK ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO TRAIN ME?
Tuesday to Friday from 6 am to 8 pm
Saturday & Sunday 9 am to 2 pm
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOU?
I have rebuilt my strength after a life-changing injury, so I know the importance of strength, safety and health. I am friendly, committed, and have developed my skills and knowledge in health and fitness over a decade.
For every problem you have when it comes to training, or your diet I will have a solution.
WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I WEAR TO A PT SESSION?
Please come to your PT session with loose and comfortable sportswear, and of course supportive and appropriate footwear.
WHERE DOES THE TRAINING TAKE PLACE?
WHAT TYPES OF TRAINING DO YOU OFFER?
I offer endurance, cardiovascular, fat loss, recovery and strength training. If you are unsure about anything please give me a call or drop me an email and I will answer any questions you have. All training plans are bespoke, to your EXACT needs.
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?
For personal training in one of the gyms I work at or at your home, you can pay cash or bank transfer on the day. For any online plans, all payments are by card.
HOW MUCH DOES IT TYPICALLY COST PER PT SESSION?
£35 per single personal training session.
£300 for 10 personal training sessions.
£550 for 10 personal training sessions.
*block bookings, unused or unwanted sessions are none refundable.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN WITH YOU?
For you to get the best results in the quickest time, I recommend a minimum of 2 sessions a week until you are at the stage where you are happy and wish to maintain. You could then drop to 1, but you can always do 1 a week only. The more you put in anything, the more you get out.
HOW LONG UNTIL I WILL SEE RESULTS?
This really comes down to your commitment and dedication. If you train hard, follow my plan and keep to the nutritional plan I can provide you will see results within weeks. Typically the best results are around the 8 to 12 week period. How you feel about yourself, your energy levels and your mood will be the first to improve.
HOW WILL YOU MEASURE MY FITNESS AND RESULTS?
I will take your weight at the start, along with some pictures and we can monitor this during your training. I find pictures work the best, there can be many reasons for weight fluctuations and it’s not always the best indicator. This depends on your goals too, we can take basic measurements also, for both weight loss and muscle gain.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A PERSONAL TRAINER?
One of the biggest benefits to having a personal trainer is the speed at which you will see results. You will train harder, with better form and with a meal plan you will achieve results fast.
Working with a personal trainer will allow you to learn the best way to train, along with what exercises and when to perform them.
You can also overcome any plateaus you have reached.
DO YOU PROVIDE NUTRITIONAL ADVICE?
I can create tailored nutritional plans for both my personal training clients and for online clients. These can be ordered in person or online via my Plans Store.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE FOR A SESSION?
If you are running late, you will lose the time you are late. I can not make my other clients late.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CANCEL A SESSION?
I require 24 hours notice to amend or cancel an appointment, or you will either lose the prepaid session or be charged for a full session. This notice can be given by call, text or an email.
